1. Data controller

Gem Biyomedikal A.Ş. (Gembio), Selami Ali Mah. Anıt Sk. No:6 D:70, Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye, acts as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data we process

When you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we may process:

• Identity data: your name and organisation
• Contact data: email address, phone number and country
• Enquiry content: project type and the information you include in your message

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and carry out pre-contractual communication with you. The legal bases are the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f) and, where required, your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be transferred to service providers that support our email and IT infrastructure, and to public authorities where legally required, within the limits of KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Third-party content

The contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may process technical data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask us whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to outcomes of automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
